I got this link on another forum for broom broom cars.

But from page 58 it is bikes and bike stuff.

However, the whole thing is a fantastic way to waste half an hour.

Enjoy.

[Mod edit: Hopefully that's the correct link?]

Mod, who ever you are, many thanks, spot on!

We are the mods, we are the mods, we are, we are, we are the mods.

Well, you are, cheers!

Did they not have sub woofers and stick on body kits in 1965?

I noticed they sold big bore exhausts. My first car had a Peco fitted and sounded like the exhaust had dropped off it

The price of those roof racks!

I'll see if I can print a copy off and see if they will price match!

Basic bikes are much cheaper now in real terms.
Halfords 3 speed Roadster £19 7s 6d in 1965 = approx £360 today.
Raleigh Riviera 3 speed Roadster £23 19s 6d in 1965 = approx £445 today.
Raleigh Mustang 15 speed rigid MTB £160 (from bill of sale) in 1989 = approx. £375 today.

Maybe people shouldn't expect too much from their sub-£150 BSOs bought now......
