My 1969 Carlton Truwel, which Im hoping to ride a Velo Retro next year, upgraded with 34-tooth 5-speed Suntour rear block along with a long cage Suntour AR-X mech and finishing with NOS Suntour Power levers. Plenty of good bling and practicality. Bottom gear is now sub 30". A nice machine that was only made for a couple of year around the late 60s... Upfront I have a Stronglight 99 with 48/36 rings.
