More expensive , lighter, faster than Big Apple but not as puncture resistant.
My bike came with Big Apples and I replace with the same for urban utility riding.

Not us, our lips are sealed. but in return for our silence we want a road test report on what they ride like compared to normal tyres. ^_^
i can't get my head around the concept of fitting £190 worth of tyres to an MTB I paid no more than £20 for in the first place. It just doesn't seem right.

Went out on the maiden voyage today. It's not bad! the Microshift shifters were pretty stiff to start, but loosened up after a bit. I am not sure if I would pick them again over the Shimano. The crank is very smooth compared to the old one, but the gearing (same as) is quite short as the tallest gear is a 42/14. The saddle is awful, it's something I picked up on ebay for a kid's bike a few years back, but this is an out of the saddle bike, so no big hurry.
