1st Pile....cycling related

I pushed the miles out for me yesterday..woke up this morning with a bloody pile....is this coinsidental do you think..if cycling related what causes it?

Don't think it will have caused the pile but it could have made existing piles worse - pressure on the anus is what does it. Nothing besides washing and creaming before and after a ride that you can do about it either...apart from wincing, that is.

If cycling related, as mentioned then pressure, perhaps strain too during the hard bits.
Being prone to piles myself I've never found them cycling related, just stress related.
