1st time replacing disc brake pads - what do I need?

Hello, all,

Since I am too lazy / too pushed for time to take the pads out just now, is there an easy way to tell which type of brake pad I need? I only really want to put any effort into taking the pads out when I change them, I don't want to do it twice.

I've got a 2016 Giant Defy 1 Disc, using TRP Spyre-C Calipers. Anyone on here replaced their pads or know which type I need to buy?

Thanks,
AM

First and only time I tried to change the pads the brake fell to pieces despite trying to follow a youtube video
I managed fine

Do what I do, ride to the bike shop, smile at them and offer to make a brew/ go get the biscuits while they change the pads. First and only time I tried to change the pads the brake fell to pieces despite trying to follow a youtube video
I like your thinking, but I am an engineer and, therefore, by default, cannot let anybody do anything mechanical for me until I have proven that I can do it myself. Sorry, I just can't help it...
