I did. I went into John Lewis in Swindon yesterday (it was my lunch stop) and they didn't have the specific model I wanted so I've picked it up from a local Waitrose today.
They've only gone and made a mistake in the model they've sent - and not in my favour!
Since their phone line isn't even ringing I've sent them a very stiff email, kindly offering to accept a refund of the price difference instead of insisting on the right model. We'll see what happens...
