Well today i have broken a personal best and im pretty sure its a world record worthy attempt too

I also set a new world record today. On the Cherry Lane to Lymm, which is 1.5 miles exactly on my map, I did it in 4 minutes flat. Granted all slightly downhill (shallow decline, basically fast flat), but anyway this means I did a mile in 2 minutes 40 seconds, which is the first time I've knowingly gone under 3 minutes for a mile. I was on my hybrid, tucked down as low as poss!
