They actually have different registrations so maybe it's a copy cat, maybe it was something they (a company perhaps) did (the Uruguayan flag on the door).
Brought a smile to my face to see it.

Just realised, It's the same truck. Look at the engine side cover in my photo, theres a light patch. In the opening shot in the video as the guy is talking to the camera, same patch is visible.

Any idea why it's right hand drive?

Iirc, we used to get a taxi for the circa 3/4 hour drive to work. I can see the roads now, some of the countryside was very British in look and the more I think about it, they drove on the same side as we do.

Edited.. now I'm not sure, I had just a mental picture in my mind. researched it and they drive on the right...so it doesnt make any sense (to me anyway)

They do look similar but I think they are different cars.

Any idea why it's right hand drive?

They drove on the left until 1945, so a 1930‘s vehicle would be right hand drive.
