I’ve been getting into cyclocross this Christmas hols. The men seem to be unable to overcome MVDP but the women’s races I’ve been watching have been close and thrilling! Cyclocross is BONKERS!!!

British championships today. I went with Mrs Celine who was marshalling.

Even more bonkers is the riders chewing up a scheduled ancient monument, up and down over bits of the Antonine Wall at Callendar Park in Falkirk.

Pogi and Del Toro both made their pro stage race debuts in the Tour Down Under. Pogi ended up 13th overall and had one top 10 in stages. Then went on to win Volta Algarve about a month later.

He mugged Vlasov there - sat on for 30kms and outsprinted him after McNulty got cramp.
