Shame about first stage Tour du Gard, was the first day of competition for quite a few. Hopefully stage 2 goes ahead.
On a brighter note a good result for Bardiani CSF with a 1-2 for Alessandro Tonelli and Manuele Tarozzi in the Volta Valenciana.

Axel Laurence under 23 world champ beats Mads Pedersen wins the 2nd stage of Etoile de Besseges.

Over in the desert,well actually it was the Camel Cup track Tim Merlier tales his first win of the season on stage 3!

Yes he showed his descending skills again on yesterdays stage so no surprise given only a few km to the finish from the bottom of the decent and no breakaway unlike yesterday.
