D'lavenir stg 3 is on Disco+ today, 2.00 to 4.00

Carl-Frederik Bévort, who is apparently the right kind of Viking, took stage 3 from the break. Bévort, a 2nd year pro with Uno-x, dropped his companions with 28km to go and rode solo to the finish holding off a charging peloton in impressive style. He finished 12 seconds ahead of Noah Hobbs who beat Seth Dunwoody in the consolation sprint. The young Englishman retakes the green jersey from his compatriot, Elliot Rowe. No change at the top of the GC standings.

In a WT race, today's stage is a guaranteed bunch sprint but at U23 level things tend to not be quite so straightforward.

I wonder if he only got the Q36.5 gig because of big brother demands?
Much like Sagan's brother followed him around. And Viviani's?
Or am I being unfair!

I think when younger brothers are hired by the team that employs their superstar big bro it's highly likely there's at least a small amount of wangling going on

Muur Classic Geraardsbergen - 2km to go - Abrahamsen off solo, Uno-X all over the front of the much reduced peloton/group 1 marking any attacks and getting in the way

Abrahamsen takes the win solo on a bike with a gold/black paint job that looks like a Duracell, which is quite appropriate for one of the most "Duracell Bunny" riders in the peloton.
