Bit confused by his name, but I'll adopt your Noah Lindholm rather than his surnames as per PCS which I've been using until now. Anyway, had a chance to catch up on stages 2 and 3.
Stage 2 was a climb then a flat finish. About 12 riders went over the climb in the lead group which contained 3 Grenke (Noah Lindholm, Herzog and Schoonvelde) , Noval and the promising Brit Matthew Peace. Herzog managed to get away solo. He was chased by a group of 4 which included Noval but was hindered by the inclusion of Schoonvelde. Noah Lindholm belatedly set off in pursuit accompanied by Peace but, despite cooperating well, were unable to catch group 2. Herzog took the win and Schoonvelde predictably sprinted away from group 2 for second place. Grenke are the dominant junior team and made excellent use of their numbers.
Stage 3 coverage was pretty ropey (at least there was coverage!) with the camera almost exclusively followed Vervoort, the solo lead rider (who held on to win from a breakaway). From what I could make out the yellow jersey group remained together until the final kilometre or so and the gaps were created from a sprint to the line. Vervoort was attempting to zip up his jacket before crossing the line and making a meal of it when Noah Lindholm zoomed into view. Fortunately for him, Vervoort managed to just hang on.
First time I've seen Noah Lindholm and he looked pretty small to me, certainly not your typical Danish powerhouse. From what I've seen, he's looked the strongest rider in the race, only losing time on stage 2 due to the team dynamics. Noval hasn't looked out of place in this company but nor has he stood out. That said, Grenke are such a strong team and use that strength to their advantage so well that it would be incredibly hard for any individual not on that team to stand out.
