Tro Bro Leon was won by Visma's Filippo Fiorelli (Who? I hear you ask. He's a new signing, 31 yrs old, having spent his career at Nippo Vini Fantini Bardiani Green Project CSF VF Group Faziane, or whatever they're called now)

He doesn't get the piglet though, because he's Italian and not Breton. The piglet goes to second placed Alexis "The Fox" Renard of Cofidis, which just feels very right.

EDIT: Apparently he does win a piglet - there's one for first place and one for first Breton. I thought it was only Bretons that brought back the bacon
