Been perusing the results

Giro Next Gen begins today with a pretty decent start list. I'm particularly excited to see Lorenzo Finn up against Matisse Van Kerckhove. Ineos' Cameron Rogers (nephew of former Sky rider Mick) seems to be highly rated but I know little about him. Other riders with cycling kin include Finlay Tarling, Adam Rafferty, Ben Wiggins and Baptiste Gregoire. I'll also be keeping an eye out for Jan Michal Jackowiak (youngest rider in the race who looks very talented), Seth Dunwoody (a stage winner last year) and Seb Grindley who impressed at the 2024 junior worlds but hasn't really kicked on since.

RAI and HBO Max are amongst the TV channels who have rights but TV coverage can be unreliable. Fortunately, it is being livestreamed here:

Nice to see Finn in his world champs Jersey, should be a good duel between him and Van Kerchove. Van K will be looking forward to the ITT.
Also going to be interesting to see how Matteo Ramirez ( UAE) goes as he's has only had one days racing this year and is coming back from a crash, broken wrist. Then there's also Henrique Bravo (QS ) as another to look out for.
I do enjoy this race..
