Nice one from Seixas

Pity we didn’t get to see Seixas vs del Toro

Lefty tighty. Get it righty.
That was an absolutely storming finish to the women's. Even though I already knew the result I was shouting for Neuiadoma.

Now to watch the final of the mens.

yeah that was annoying but anyway Seixas beating del Toro at 19yrs old is really the story of the day. France is waiting.

I was (pleasantly) surprised that del Toro didn't just jump Seixas at the end, as his illustrious team mate had won him the luxury of not having to do a single turn for the last 80km or so.

Real shame they didn't show what happened.

I'm sure the commentators must have mentioned this but I've just realised that's the second time del Toro has arrived in Siena in a duo, one of whom was (legitimately) refusing to do any work.

In the 2025 Tour he led Wout to Siena, yesterday Seixas led him to Siena.

In both cases he was second best up the final climb

The season starts properly on Saturday. Can anyone break the Pog/MvdP duopoly in the Monuments?

Last year's MSR was the best monument of the season. There's always a mix, but MvdP is always the favourite here. Having Philipsen as a second card to play gives the team insane strength. I'm more interested in seeing what Pog does to try to win this year. I don't think he can wait until the Poggio, so it's probably going to be the Cipressa again, which is obviously nuts.
