Yes, I think Pog needs to do the Pog thing. It seems to work quite well for him. I would not be surprised to see him win MSR and Roubaix this year.

Will be interesting how UAE use an obviously in-form Torito. Do they use him to drill it on the Cipressa and take Pog and MVDP clear, but save Pog's major attack for the Poggio?

I don't think Pog can drop MVDP on the Poggio though, so they could have del Toro follow MVDP to stop him chasing too hard

It's fun because this is the one race that he can't win with legs alone (though MVDP might well be able to)
Poggio is too short for him, but he can't stay away after Cipressa by himself

Send Del Toro on Cipressa, invite MVDP to follow, let the others chase while Del Toro sits in and try and Pog tries to mug everyone on the Poggio?

I don't know why my fingers did that. I'm not going to correct it.

You probably spend too long on Facebook, ranting about mainstream media (MSM) and about how nobody can tell YOU what to do, and if you want to drink raw milk straight from a puddle in the farmyard that's up to YOU and nothing that small really exists and there's no proof these nonexistent "germs" cause illness anyway....

That'll be it

Look, I know it's only 1.Pro, and it's a bit confusing to have a race that's won by Cav one year and Roglic the next, but it's the world's oldest race and I reckon Milano - Torino looks good on anyone's palmares, so well in Pidcock!

I'm fairly sure it used to be an autumn race as well didn't it? Just before Lombardia.

Blimey, just looked it up...
The only months it hasn't been raced in are Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb

Needs something random to happen. How about rain? Forecast now saying 24mm ... on Sunday 🤦‍♂️

The GP de Denain is live.
So why post that here, I hear you ask?
Because it’s known as the mini Paris-Roubaix. It’s actually raced over some of the same cobbled sections.
De Lie is having a mare. Punctured on one section, faced a long chase back on, only immediately to puncture again, on another section. He’s currently out the back, chasing again.

Alec Segaert gets it right today. Yesterday he was caught inside the final 200 metres, but this time he hung on to finish a couple of metres ahead of the sprinting bunch. (Menten second)
