Cycling got a mention on BBC radio 5 news this morning, reporting that Pidders had won a stage of the prestigious (ahem) Tour of the Alps.

Well, it sounds pretty good doesn't it? Kinda like the Tour de France. But just the Alps.
 
Thursday IS a quite (sports) news day. I presume there was no exciting football transfer gossip to report?

Were AG2R doing the break controlling? They had the favourite, but it's never a role they've had to perform before...
