The route hasn't been great so far, identikit stages with a couple of Cat 3s which are neither hard enough nor close enough to the finish to have any real impact. Now straight into two hockey sticks where the gaps will potentially be massive

Based on last year's TdF you'd have to say Ferrand-Prévot was the favourite for these mountains stages. She took over 3mins on Vollering in GC by the end so you'd reckon on her riding off into the clouds but it's another year.....?

She doesn't look as slim . She was hyper thin at the tour

First 3 stages I rate as ok watches last 2 very mid . Better racing than last year where only the AvdB stage was exciting
