24/32/38 compact chainset required. Any ideas?

Hi, I have a 1996(?) Claud Butler Enduro, which I am restoring and requires a new chainset. The front mech is fixed to the BB via a bracket, so cannot be raised, which is why I need a 24/32/38. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

I can indeed do that, but I wanted to keep everything as original as possible. I may however end up doing as you suggest, if I cannot find the right size chainset.

I would replace with a band on. If you want to keep it near original, then you could source parts off eBay.
