Hi all, haven't posted for a while so I thought I would post with an update (if you are interested). 3 months ago I was 104 kilos so I decided to get a bike and eat healthy to lose weight, and the journey began. Here I am 3 months, 2 punctures, 1 new tyre, hundreds of miles and a lot of aching muscles later I currently stand at 90 kilos! 14 kilos lost in 3 months my target is 80 kilos so 10 more kilos I need to lose and i reach my goal.
