I don't know. Tantric levitation uses less energy.

Dunno about that, I eat a lot of vegetables, especially cabbage and sprouts, and still can’t lift off.

Not all chuggers are bad, a few years ago the British Red Cross as part of never ignoring a crisis campaign. Had all chuggers they used trained in CPR and AED use inc equipping each team with an AED. I was part of the planning and implementation of it , it was a lot of work to get it going but work out quite well. The idea being most operated in areas of high footfall it made sense. To do it and it fitted in with over all aims of BRC.

It will be interesting to see what effect the rebranding has on two key metrics :- income and volunteer numbers.

The year ending March 25 has seen a significant drop in income from £146m to £111 and drop in volunteers from 3000 to 2000. (Ref: Filed accounts 24/25)

The majority of income is from government grants with only £4.8m of the £111m being charitable donations. (Ref: Filled accounts 24/25)

Will rebranding raise the profile of the company to reverse the current decline - I really don't know, folk using the cycling/walking infrastructure may not give any thought as to who was responsible for it being available, if they did would they dig into their wallets or volunteer - only time will tell.
