Over the last year I suffered from a pair of injuries that affected the grip in my left hand. I'm slowly healing but it's been strange dealing with a physical limitation. I always enjoy cycling so I'm glad this is something I can still do effectively. Last week I decided to add a spin bike to my home gym and now I'm hoping to bring a community into my home gym too.
