Had a nice run last Saturday of around 35-40 miles - had a tough-ish return journey into a headwind on the way back - got home and after a quick rest my legs cramped up really bad - bloody excruciating in fact... what was that all about...? I'm not super-fit by any means - but cycle between 40 - 80 miles a week... anything I might be doing wrong guys...?
