I'm toying with having a rare excursion to the pictures to watch The Farce Awaits... it's been a few years so my minor heart attack at seeing the £9.81p ticket price is entirely justified... but then on the online booking for Lancaster Vue cinema, there's an additional £1 for the 3D glasses (RealD Look3D Glasses no less)
Last time i went was to witness Tim Burton's cackfest Alice In Wonderland, also in 3D, and i don't recall having to pay extra for the glasses, i'm sure they were part of the ticket price.
So the question is, are the RealD Look3D Glasses and essential extra, or an upgrade from those provided??? (Can't see anything on the website to confirm this either way). If they are an upgrade, does it make a difference?

. Get the glasses as you'll need them and re-use them for any other 3D movie you might see. I did note on booking my tickets, that the cinema was flogging some natty SW styled 3D specs that made you look like a Stormtrooper. Might be highly collectible in about 30 years kids...
. If you're wondering what I'm on about, sign out and look at some posts referring to SW.
