Special numbers for the Silver Jubilee. And looking at the OP, they are older than "Silver Jubilee" (1977)
See above, dad had loads in the "back of the cupboard"Special numbers for the Silver Jubilee.
You got any of yours left?
Yep, I am currently wrecking the feck out of all the ones I found. Vroom vroom. And setting fire to the tyres. Can't see the point. Toys, records, whatever, bust them open and use them.
297 & without the pegholes removed, £27 - £32. Got the taxi?...and I still have the toy bus in its' original box. Anyone else got one ?

Did it have the box for it?I remember buying one in 77 for my then 2 yr old son it cost £1.50p from woolies,I think it went for about 20p at the local car boot sale.
I think the box got binned in 77 on the way home from the shop.Did it have the box for it?
This one, 297, doesn't do anything as sophisticated as that. The wheels turn, that's all.Yes, I had one of those. Don't think I've seen it for about 38 years though so goodness knows where it is.
Didn't they do one where the doors opened? Or am I thinking of a different Dinky or Matchbox toy?
