Shame the Ireland France game was played in continuous rain.......and that was an amazing 40-odd phases at the end there, including a cross-field kick.

Yeah, the quality of rugby drops in the rain, but it is one hell of a leveller. Wales can do one with their stupid roof, I'm not entirely sure why they're allowed it.

Watched that final passage of play back this morning. The discipline was incredible, from both sides. Sexton's composure for both kicks was immense.

Apparently Italy are going to "go for it" today. I can't see that ending well, but it's a pleasingly Italian attitude. Shame it's on ITV, their coverage of non engine based sport is rank.

I suppose it is the same for both sides, but still. I don't like the bonus point thing either, especially since the pass for Wales' 4th was blatantly forward. Fabulous finish though!

I was discussing this earlier in the week and the person I was speaking to was of the view that the away team had the call on open or closed roof; I have no idea if this is accurate or not.

ETA the longest I saw was about 9 min. Players were out on their feet and it was getting dangerous.

ITV as terrible as usual at making game available on ITV Hub or STV Player.
Still no sign of Italy v England game, four hours after it started.
BBC iplayer makes games available to watch even before the live game has finished.

Some too easy scores for Italy, such defensive weakness will be exploited by better sides at home to England.
Ireland got out of jail and need to be more clinical in ensuring a two score lead as the game goes into the last 10.
