6 speed twist grip for left hand side?

Presume this counts as a modification. Is anyone aware of a left hand side 6 speed twist grip being available please ? ( Please note, I am already using a R/H unit on the left ) Thanks.

I wonder if the ratchet mechanisms could be swapped between left and right shifters. I have no idea.
