6600 triple STI and 6703 groupset and BB7 compatability?

I've a chance of getting some second hand Ultegra 6600 triple STI's. Will these work with my existing triple Ultegra 6703 and BB7 mechanical disc brakes?

I hope so as I keep catching my knees on my bar cons.
