I'm aware that Heston exists, but I have no real desire to sample the work.

2/7. I managed to get 0/5 despite trying, and was rather proud of it. Unfortunately I got the last 2 correct, the first about the Copenhagen Bay Scallops (or whatever it was) was a complete guess and the Transglutimase one was an educated guess.

2/7... I feel dirty now (Rocky get the garden hose out!).... and people actually take all of this stuff seriously?? A bit like the fashion victims, wonders will never cease! Don't get me wrong, I like good food, but less of the pretentious, constantly trying to reinvent the wheel crap purleeze!


Oh and as for Snail Porridge - it sounds like the name of something you'd make for kids at Halloween. What is next on the menu, Ghost soup? Witch Stew? Spider Pudding?
