OK I'm new to road bikes from this year. I bought a carrera with 700/23 wheels. Ive just upgraded and my new bike has 700/25. And the guy at the store said the frame will also fit 700/28 for the winter. So my question is are wheels sold 23 25 28 and so on or are wheels just 700 and they can just fit any size tyre ?
