Can someone help Im getting a new trek road bike with 700c/32c tyre should I swap them for 700c/ 25c for a better road biking experience

Probably not. They will have to run higher pressures to carry the same weight, so be less comfortable and much bouncier on the UK's rough roads. I would just choose your 32s or 28s carefully for the lowest drag.

No. As @mjr says 32's will be comfier and will run smoother on typical crap UK road surfaces.
You'd do well if considering upgrading to swap the tyres to something like a Schwalbe Marathon Supreme.
why are number of people on this board obsessed with Marathon and Marathon plus tyres, that they get suggested to fix every bike ailment. they have their place on a commuter bike or similar, they have excellent puncture protection, but they are numb and comparatively weigh a lot,

The OP is asking about improving a road biking experience - its a strange response!

To the OP, the old school thought that narrower is faster and better has been theoretically and practically challenged. For year round use I wouldn't drop below 28mm on UK roads and 32mm should be just fine

I'd run with the 32s that it comes with and see how you get on. If you are getting punctures regularly, the a switch to a better quality tyre is needed, come back for advice then.... If you get on fine, when they are worn out, again that's the time to have a think about what you want to replace them with, rather than instantly binning what could be perfectly good tyres.

I do agree, but would point out that marathon to M+ is like an escort van to a 7.5T HGV!

I agree with the general consensus. Stick with the 32. They will probably actually have a lower rolling resistance on most roads and give a more comfortable ride. They will also provide more grip which gives more confidence resulting in higher speed in some circumstances.

M+ weren’t mentioned, the supremes were (which presumably are different in someway to the plus)
Tyre makers are often terrible for name-confusion marketing. Schwalbe's Marathons are maybe the worst, but Vittoria are another one that label chalk and cheese with the same basic name and suffixes like "Slick", "Pro", "Pro G", "Pro 3G" ...
