Puzzle game procrastinator!
I'm 58 and was out riding on Saturday with a mate who is 60. We were riding uphill into a headwind and got overtaken at speed by another cyclist who I reckoned was about 70, but my mate got a better look at him and reckoned he might have been 75 ... The old guy was flying! :bravo:

Thanks for the replies!:thumbsup: I must've peaked physically around 38 to 40 years old. I know it was a bit late but i was so unfit in my 20's after rejecting any kind of physical exercise after leaving school,that it took me years to become reasonably fit. One advantage of that is when i hear other cyclists say they wish they were a lot younger, I remember how unfit i was when i was a lot younger so i have no hang ups about that!
