I've been looking for some kind of bag for the lightweight front rack on the Linear for some time. With a bit of of lateral thinking I've found a motorcycle tail bag that will do the job. I've had to raise the front accessory bar to let it swing with the steering above the bag but found a stem raiser in my bits box. It doesn't have to take any steering forces, just hold my bell and light.
I've whimsically added a pair of eyes to the bag (might have to take them off if they frighten the horses -never can tell with our equine friends).
Here is the Linear poking its nose out of the garage with a hangdog expression as if to say, "What's Occurin'? We haven't been for a ride for nearly 3 weeks!"
Just need to tidy up some of those wayward straps with cable ties now and we'll be ready for the road. A nice wedge shape for the front, maybe fool some people into thinking it's some kind of speed machine. A sheep in wolf's clothing!
