Is it only Guinness you collect?

Collecting branded glasses is all very well, but to collect those humble and obscure, rare glasses means that one cannot limit oneself!
Unless it's odd.

You've done it again!

Oh and I bought an ER 324 (Gateshead) half pint glass off Ebay for £1 earlier (I already have a Gateshead 323 or two).

It is all clouded though, (so I can't see the stamp properly in the pics to see if it is Edward VII or Elizabeth II, I'll have to wait and see it when it arrives) but it might be put into occasional use if it is so 'past it'.

For £1 you can't go wrong (There is also another 323 in better condition currently at 99p).

I was wondering if Edward VIII lasted long enough to get his own version?

I have never knowingly seen one, and have always assumed they would be as rare as a Pokemon nobody wants

By the way Classic, I see there are these reproductions of.... Well, normal glasses.

I think they have used 568 (Scottish Highlands, and a number I haven't seen) as a pint is 568ml, but still, they seem nice and soon will no doubt flood Ebay, confusing people like me!!:

Maybe we should suggest they correctly stamp and number the half pint as '284' (Caerphilly)? :giggle:

They do that, you'd get your "Welsh" one.
