Would it be called a sidewheeler like a paddle steamer?
It appears to be steered with the stirrup shaped handle on the right (of the rider). How much wrist strength is required to steer it at low speeds?
Interesting that both the front and rear wheels are steered.
I would not like to get my left sleeve/arm or anything else caught in the big wheel.
