A few easy puzzles

    1) 12, 5, 20, X, 18, 4 What is the value of X?

    2) HIJKLMNO is the chemical formula for?

    3) Draw a square with three lines
    a) The edge of the paper does not constitute a 'side' of the square.
    :evil: You cannot bend a line into an 'L' shape to make two sides.
    c) You can either draw & scan your answer, use 'Paint' or similar or
    use dots & dashes to draw the solution.

    my nephew asked me today what my IQ was. i said 186 and when he looked surprised, i said, "but don't tell anyone because i don't want them to know how clever i am" :smile:

    mr hippo, I think you need to jumble up the letter and number sequences a bit in future, coz I reckon people are just googling them and getting them straight away

    The answer to no.3 is in another question. The answer to no.2 is evident if you look at no.2. Still trying to figure out no.1. And I got this far without Googling!

    Number three is a drawing - draw a square with three lines, a) & :smile: are just hints.
