Just picked up my first road bike today a Viking cora. just an entry level machine to get going on. I am a runner running a marathon in 4 weeks but love cycling. I have been using my trusty carerra hybrid to keep fit inbetween running so opted to have a go on a road bike and hopefully join in some rides. I have been regualy doing 20 miles on my hybrid so hoping I might go quite a bit further on my new bike. Look forward to getting as much advice as possible and joing in a ride some time soon. I live in Cheshire about a 20 mile ride to the cat & fiddle, so should be ok to keep me fit.
