That was filmed in the Peak District.

Along with Mountain Hares and Wallabies there was a flock of Ostriches introduced and some escaped

I thought the beginning was a bit strange, why did the cyclist with the camera slow right down? It was almost like he was waiting for the ostridge to be released?

Probably doing/thinking what my mate did. Stop or go for it ! My mate stopped, then had to ride past - far worse than gunning it.

There's an ostrich running behind him, and he has a bar mounted camera? Of course he slows up, he wants to get on film.

I wonder what the ostrich is up to? It might just enjoy running with strangely graceful non predators on lovely evening? Cats, dogs and horses run for the sake of it on occasions, why not ostriches?

To me the way the rider passes the rider with the camera looks like he's leading the bird onto the road.

When I saw this earlier I googled to find out how dangerous ostriches are. Came up with this http://listverse.com/2013/01/03/top-10-birds-most-likely-to-kill-you/
Can't argue with putting cassowaries number one, you don't mess with those f*ckers. Ostriches came in at number 2. Australian magpies were 3. They can be very aggressive in the breeding season, but the only way they would kill a person would be to drive them under the wheels of a car. I've once needed antibiotics because of an Australian magpie, but that was because the neighbours cat decided I should be feeding him, not the birds and bit me giving a nasty puncture wound that required 2 courses of antibiotics and a tetanus shot (thank you google. I didn't know how to spell "tetnas")

@Shut Up Legs what do you think? are magpies the 3rd most dangerous bird in the world?
