I read this post a minute ago using Internet Explorer which, being the marvel of software engineering that it is, didn't show the attached image (whatever it is; my work "no-fun" proxy blocked it). So the above post appeared to only contain the words "Apologies if it's been posted before ...". Then I realised that this actually made perfect sense given the thread's title, and I had a good laugh . I don't know what's in the attached image, thanks to my work proxy, but the post is just as funny without it .

That would be great in the Tour De France , all riders should eat cheese ,. drink a full bottle of red wine and have an "E" before going out, that should liven things up a bit.
