A pavement parking odyssey

The last time I took a picture of one of the housing associations vans, same spot, I did it from the the pavement. The driver followed me in, asking what I'd just been doing.
Obvious and honest answer of taking a picture of a van where it shouldn't be.
They went back to the van returning on the phone, with a tablet in their other hand, taking a video under instruction of their manager.

I asked if they had a permit and a chaperone, as was required to use a camera on private property, as required by the owner. The look on their face, and the sound on the manager on the phone trying to get their heads round what they'd just been told was priceless.

They'd have denied it was ever taken. Given they'd been informed they required a permit.

They'd to keep it dry this afternoon, so parked a bit further in, under a tree.

Don't know whether it's the bus stop or the junction that attracts them, but from a little over half an hour ago.

The only way past is by going into the main road, despite what seems a large enough gap, the rear doors quickly fill that gap.

Same bus stop, same company.

The unmarked van pulled into the junction on the side you see it parked on. Thought the driver was going to go inon the wrong side of the road/park on the pavement. He straightened out slightly leaving the car part on/part off the pavement, with the van pointing over the junction.
He'd have pulled out, and exit the junction, on the wrong side of the road(the entrance) onto the main road.

How about contact the local chipwrapper, she if they can either shame the company into ceasing this selfish behaviour or push the carncil into getting them off of their property?

Just sent that last picture via their Contact Us form, along with how do they view it at a company.
Carncil! As long as the flag is flying on the town hall they couldn't be bothered.

Can one do this? My latest search only turned up making FOIs from govt. agencies and their ilk.

FOI is the wrong term. They should have said data subject access request.
