As you can see there is a white H line and that narrow alley is far too narrow to get a car down. That BMW in the pictures taken the other day wasn't there today, but another vehicle was. When I started to take those photos this aft' someone pegged it out of that cafe, dived in that car and drove off, probably thinking 'He's one of those saddos that go round taking photos of illegally parked cars to pass onto the authorities'. Correct on the first count, but I just post them on CC, not send them to any authorities etc.😏

He was there again yesterday!

I asked one shop worker if he'd been there long, with her replying 'all day'! How is this fellow getting away with this?! All I can think of is that he's giving the 'parking enforcement officers' a back hander, as in money not a whack! If that is the case then the parking enforcement officers are on the take and in serious breach of their contracts!

I might contact Lancashire County Council's Parking/blue badge department, saying I have mobility problems and like to use that dropped kerb to cross the road and mount the pavement safely, but this vehicle is constantly blocking my access! Surely they will have to intervene and tell their parking enforcement officers to ticket this vehicle!

Parcel delivery car (Amazon / Evri?) that was blocking both the pavement and on zig-zag lines reported this lunchtime.

Having hazard warning lights on doesn't matter, particularly when it was doubly dangerous. No-one could get past safely and traffic couldn't see them.

I've found a new one - supermarket delivery van driver, not content with parking on the pavement, now just stops in the road blocking all traffic until they are done unloading. I guess for pedestrians this is an improvement

West Yorkshire Police are following up on Sunday's zig-zag and pavement blocking parker. So that'll be 3 points or a course.

But ... they've asked me to submit video from now on, rather than static photos. That seems to be a policy change. Oh, and I have their name now
