I think this is easy to sort and I've done this in the past.

Just cook two curries - one meat for you guys and one mild veggie one for your guests.

Then make something called a tadka - this only takes a few seconds. Heat up some ghee (olive will do if you haven't got ghee) in a frying pan, add a few spices of your choice but plenty of chillies for your friend that likes it hot. In this case I would probably just use sea salt, lemon (not lemon juice, actual bits of lemon), mustard seeds, a few cumin seeds and a sh!t load of chillies). Flash cook it, put it in a small bowl for your guest who likes it hot to add as much as he wants to his own.

I had a Lamb Phall from Imlee Spice in Acomb and can highly recomend them!.

Had a "Special Phall" in Newcastle years ago (lads said if I ate it all they'd pay for it..). Needless to say the cheif went apesh1t to prove a point. I ate it but my stomach wasn't right for days after.

Can't beat a curry with some bite behind it!.

Yeah done that sort of stupidity.

I imagine what licking the sun would be like

I always figure that taste is more important than heat( I can do v. Hot) problem with hot is you tend to mask all the spice flavours, Do a tasty veggie and take pleasing 3/4. Hey welcome to democracy

I got a Christmas present one year, a little glass bottle the size of your finger.

It had warnings all over it and came with a plastic stick in the cap to apply the contents.

Took it to work and dabbed a bit on three crackers for me and two lads to try at dinner, it was the tiniest amount.

Needless to say there was carnage!, it was painful for me so god knows how the other two survived!.

I'm sure it was called pure capsicum extract or similar, a teaspoon would deffinitely put you in hospital.

Still in my spice rack lurking at the back!.

Reet lad... this is what you've got to do: cook your usual meal for yourself and family; no stress. Meanwhile, send Mrs Dave7 down to the local tandoori and ask them to cook up the hottest bum-stinger they can manage, bring it home then reheat it for him, serving it on a nice dish and telling him you used a special old Madras recipe and you hope he appreciates it. Watch him sweat as he manfully forces it down, then kindly inform him that you did take the precaution of putting a package of Andrex wet wipes in the fridge in case he happened to need them. He will never bother you again.
