A question for some regular eBay sellers

I recently brought some stuff off ebay. It arrived and was OK, but I forgot to leave feedback.

The seller contacted ma and asked that if I were happy could I leave positive feedback or paypal would hold onto their money. I was and did, have they had feedback on their sales yet?

I've posted seven items over the past week, haven't had anyone leave feedback for me yet therefore I haven't got my money - I don't want to be pushy and ask them.

I sold an item - they've paid on their end - their money is in my Paypal account but I can't do anything with it until 21 days are over/I give them a tracking number/they leave feedback

I flogged a guitar for £500 the other week, the buyer paid straight away and I transferred the money into my bank account within minutes. I realise that paypal could've nicked it back if the buyer made a fuss but I hadn't heard of them hanging onto money like that. The b*stards!

It may well get easier, but from everything I've read on here it's never going to get that far with me!

The only high value (more than a few quid) items I've bought or sold have been cash on delivery (so obviously no use if things have to be posted!).

I've now got just under £50 in my account pending. eBay has told me that it should be released if my buyers leave positive feedback. A few of them already have but my money is still pending
