I can understand the pro jerseys (not my bag) and the retro jerseys (neither are these) but I would imagine local club team kit is a no no if you aint a member.

They still do rides on a Thursday evening - on SE20 website or Penge CC site

If you "were" a club member and are now not, you should give up the jersey.
You certainly should not really sell it on.
