I thought it was the BBC or Cbeebies at the very least.

I like the artwork anyway, and some of it can look very striking on the telly, especially the really colourful scenes or the ones involving the sky (hence why I noticed it in the first place).

That said, I have always appreciated things which are visual, and also love things which are silent or have no speech in them.

If you want to know what they are about, they are African stories... fables about things such as how the elephant got its trunk, where the frog and crow got their croak and crowing noises (at the same time), why the hippo lives in the water, etc etc, and just generally how the different animals find their place/purpose in the world.

That's the very reason why I'm always more interested in the TV when "I Can Cook" is on Cbeebies. There's something about Katy that I appreciate visually! And my wife tells me that "Mr Bloom's Nursery" does it for the ladies!

I totally agree about Katy but couldn't say why, but then I've always had a soft spot for creators of food

I have two children and yet i feel as though i've just stepped into a VW bus and been given acid from a friendly looking hippy..

my youngest never bothered with things like this, thankfully he latched onto disney jr my eldest used to like the tweenies tho.
