Ok. You have completely mis-read the article. It's nothing to do about loopholes or the difference between the letter and the intent of the law. It's about the overriding duty of a solicitor to the Court, above his duty to his client. One individual solicitor tried to avoid giving the full history of the case and was immediately and rightly jumped on. It wouldn't even be a quarter of a news story if the solicitor wasn't Nick Freeman.
