Apologies in advance if this has been discussed earlier I was just catching up on recorded stuff at the weekend and saw Horizon from 6/8/12. The programme is in the links below, it was very interesting. It involves restricting calories for 2 days a week to less than 600. The effects look very good. The only problems I can see is that it's free so no company is going to plug this and it involves people doing this themselves.
