Some time back I enabled voice commands on my iPhone. I have Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon loaded locally on my phone listed in the Apple Music app (as being local storage). Once I said "Siri, play Dark Side of the Moon" and instead of using Apple Music to play the locally stored copy it used mobile data and subscribed me to Apple's online service and downloaded a version from Apple's servers and started playing that. And even more anoying was it subscribed me to a free trial of Apple's Online Music Servers and there was no way to unsubscribe. OK, cancelled before I was charged but it has automatically linked my phone to the music they charge for and provide on their servers rather than playing something I already had stored locally (RIPped from a CD I own).
And looking online I was far from alone at being unhappy about such voice system behaviour. And the Siri voice system was disabled pretty quickly.
Voice and Siri are integrated into search functionality so it all depends on what you types "little red rooster" into and then what that app did to find what you wanted.
Sorry, doesn't answer a straightforward question but these days there are so many variables and the "smart" in "smartphone" certainly doesn't mean it doing what you want or intended and often not much "smart" in it either.
