A Sun and a Sunbeam

A neighbour is having a clearout and gave me first refusal on these two bikes.

A Sun which he believes to be 1930s.........

And a Sunbeam believed 1950s........

That Sunbeam looks great. An easy resto job, gagging to be ridden for another 7 decades.

Had a closer look. It’s been hand painted, and there’s chrome lugs, forks and stays under that blue. After a bit of research, I think Sun bikes from that era only came in black.
I’m struggling to identify the model. Closest I’ve found so far is the 1937 CRR - everything matches except a couple of quirky struts near the BB.
