... for all the various comments/advice/and good-natured digs I have received from your good selves, this year. It's been a great help in my cycling and everyone's general sang-froid (though some forum arguments have been hilarious to witness for their polarised passion) has leeched into my personality somewhat to the extent that, yesterday, I merely gently shook my head in resignation at the driver who careered onto a roundabout and had to brake hard to miss me.

My blood pressure is a lot lower than it was this time a year ago.

Yep, I can relate to that - my middle finger has remained firmly on the handlebars much more frequently in the years since joining CC!
